Current lottery jackpot is $325 million... and I'm the person in charge of lottery pool, aka Jackpot Captain. LOL
For each lottery pool, I use my digital camera and take pictures of all lottery tickets purchased for the pool and send it via email to all participants. It eliminates wasted paper from photocopying.
The thing I'm stuck on is trying to find some kind of liability release form (just in case we're the lucky ones). Here's something I made up. Any feedback would be helpful.

I have been informed that this mailing list gets sent to all employees, therefore it’s safe to assume at some point you will all have read this or at least heard about the lottery pool spoken of throughout the office.
Just to cover all the bases and any liability
- You must be 18 or older to play. If we accept your contributation, whether knowlingly or accidental, and the lottery tickets have been purchased, you waive all rights and forfeit any claim to a prize and your original contribution will be returned.
- It is your personal responsibility to inquire about the lottery pool.
It is not the job of the jackpot captain to personally contact you and ask if you would like to participate in the pool for every lottery period. - If the group wins a prize, we will be redeeming it with the "lump sum cash option".
- By not participating in the lottery pool, you waive all rights and forfeit any claim to a prize to the particular pool entered.
Those are the chances in the MegaMillions jackpot tonight for $355 million.
Go now! Get a ticket! You don't want to be the one kicking yourself later. =)
